When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

there is a pattern spiraling through the universe. it informs most everything we do, it describes most everything we are. before it, the world is at best two dimensional. but once one makes it's aquaitance a new universe unfolds, deeper and more subtle.
---------- phi is here in two forms. the spiral of the snail shell and the proportion of sky to the proportion of wall. the golden spiral and the golden rectangle are both manifestations of phi. ---------- CA > Alviso > About 200 yards from Tivo Comments
truly...I've always been intrigued by spirals, and I know about it being repeated throughout nature, but this piece is, for lack of a better word...AMAZING. From the thumbnail it looked almost like a side view of a slice of earth revealing a fossil buried beneath. The illusion is quite cool. I do love how you divided the top and bottom by the spiral ratio, and the lighting is excellent. Very well executed shot. Bravo my friend. -- Member of =onewordphoto be my sugar daddy |
